The Grace and Resilience Program has been a transformational experience. Experiential learning about the systems within me and around me has resulted in dynamic growth. I am able to approach my relationships at home and at work from a grounded place. Stress events feel like an opportunity for growth rather than an invitation to spiral. COVID-19 has been one backdrop to my experience both personally and professionally. Shelter in place orders have presented challenges for me as a small business owner. I am finalizing a divorce and have significant concerns about my children, and I am homeschooling them due to COVID-19. My ability to thrive and find joy and peace has expanded exponentially due to the Grace and Resilience Program.
